I'll fine tune the copywriting for the medium being used, and the readers who'll be involved. That means being sensitive to different target audiences, understanding issues within different business sectors and balancing clarity with complexity for technical copywriting.  

I also do a lot of what I call copy polishing, brushing up clients' texts to make them work better. That means being sensitive both to the readers and to the original author. I know how to encourage people at all levels in their writing, greatly motivate them and make them very proud of the end product.
